Exercise equipment: 2 legs, gardening or construction is body builder, muscles and fitness, 24 hour fitness. Outdoor work and aerobic exercise is good for health, heart disease and high blood pressure. Fitness focuses on need: muscle man, fitness model v heart health or back exercises.

“Use it or lose it!”

         Exercise is the golden ingredient that helps bring all the others into better balance. When people exercise, they tend to eat better. They are not so picky about food and can enjoy more salad, less dessert. Exercise makes you want to shower and drink more water. Exercise in the sunlight gives more strength than the same amount of exercise indoors.

            Aerobic exercise makes you breathe deeply and sleep better. It builds up lactic acid, which is a natural sedative. Solomon said, “The sleep of the laboring man is sweet.” We could also say his attitudes are also better. This is due to endorphins, morphine-like substances stimulated by exercise. Beta-endorphins activate beta lymphocytes to kill cancer cells. Here are more of the many benefits of exercise—
